Had a very good experience with Ibis, staff were very cooperative; neat room clean and well presented, they have a very good restaurant with good food, we were greeted by smiling staff Aswathy at restaurant. Kudos to the team😊👍 A will definitely be a next time for us here

The room service representative NIKHITHA I spoke to was so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and resolve my issue. I was really impressed with the level of service I received.I had a great experience with the customer service team at this Hotel. They were very responsive and helpful, and they were able to resolve my issue quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.I was really impressed with the customer service I received at this hotel. The server was very attentive and friendly, and they made sure that we had a great dining experience also. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.I had a problem with my ket and the customer service team was very helpful in resolving it. They were quick to respond to my inquiries, and they kept me updated on the status of my issue. I am very satisfied with the way they handled my situation. They were able to answer all of my questions, and they helped me choose the right product for my needs. I was really impressed with the level of service I received.

Staffs are very friendly especially Miss Aswathy. And should try their new mango mania, it was really amazing. Restaurant is amazing.

The service overall we had is very excellent. Sujith from House keeping department is very professional and is very friendly. Food is very delicious, especially the morning breakfast which includes both South Indian and Continental menu. Thank you for the provided facility.

Small Room but very comfortable

Small room but kept very neat. It was smelling nice so full marks on that. Comfortable bed where you will have a peaceful sleep. This is ideal for business class people so if you coming with family of 4 then this might be small. Don’t know if there is any bigger room Staff greeted me well at the arrival, so thank you very much on that. This hotel is heart of the city. Nearby to the shopping street of MG road. 5 min walk to MG road station.
